Wireless congress Munich: Invitation to the presentation "OMS over LPWAN"
Next week electronica and the Wireless Congress 2022 by WEKA FACHMEDIEN GmbH will start in Munich.
Wolfgang Esch, Head of Sales and Marketing, will be there as an ambassador for OMS-Group with his presentation on "OMS over LPWAN - The Open Metering System communication architecture for smart meters is also applied to LPWAN technologies".
With the OMS communication architecture for smart meters, which has become a quasi-standard and has been specified for the M-Bus and wM-Bus, there is now also a need to use OMS on other radio protocols such as LoRaWAN, mioty or NB IoT.
The presentation will go into details as well as advantages and disadvantages and will present the work and specifications of the task force groups of the OMS Group.
