Start of production in the new building
On Monday, the next step was taken. The first shift on the new line started at 6:00 am. All machines and sub-processes are coordinated and networked. Our colleagues have been trained on the new equipment, the shelves have been filled and the air conditioning system has been calibrated. ESD-compliant cleaning was carried out over the weekend by DLS Schlick from Offenbach /Queich. Thanks to Pacco and his team for the spontaneous effort!
The continuity with which this new line delivers its quantities after only one week of commissioning is amazing. Certainly not quite at the optimum cycle time yet, but reliably and with low deviations. The experience as well as the team spirit and the open communication of the employees in the SMD area keep the process moving forward. Tanja, Manuel and Emir – you did a great job on the grand opening shift.
