Switched from classrooms to production halls
We are very pleased that the school principals accepted our invitation and took a behind-the-scenes look at WEPTECH. It was a day full of impressions, conversations, and new perspectives for the future of our young talents.
On Monday, November 24, 2025, we had the pleasure of welcoming the principals, deputy principals, and career advisors from schools in Landau and Edenkoben. Our CEO and company founder, Oswald Maurer, personally provided exciting insights into our company – from the presentation to the factory tour. 
The feedback? Lots of “aha” moments and great interest! There’s more to discover at WEPTECH than you might think: cutting-edge technologies, sustainable processes, and diverse opportunities for young talent. That was exactly the goal – to showcase perspectives and promote academic talent.
During the shared lunch, it wasn’t just about enjoying delicious food – it was also about shaping the first ideas for future collaborations.
