mioty Global summit Berlin
WEPTECH looks back on a successful appearance at the mioty Summit 2026, held at the Meistersaal at Potsdamer Platz in Berlin. A key highlight of the event was a major milestone for the company: the launch of the WEPTECH ECOsystem, featuring the new Service & Application Center and the AVA2 mioty Gateway.
WEPTECH was represented with its own booth in Berlin, showcasing its latest mioty product innovations. These included the WEPTECH ECOsystem, consisting of the Service & Application Center and the AVA2 mioty Gateway, as well as the CHENOA and JONAH communication adapters, designed as clip-on modules for Elster gas meters, and ORIOL (a multi-utility adapter for pulse meters) as a smart solution for digital data acquisition. In this combination, WEPTECH offers a complete end-to-end solution—from adapter to Application Center.
In addition, WEPTECH had the opportunity to present the new all-in-one solution in a technical presentation delivered by Thomas Blank (mioty software developer) and Wolfgang Esch (Head of Sales at WEPTECH), which attracted great interest from the audience.
During their presentation, they provided comprehensive insights into the mioty ECOsystem and introduced the new WEPTECH Service & Application Center and the AVA2 mioty Gateway as key components of the expanded WEPTECH ECOsystem. With this launch, WEPTECH brings together services, applications, and open interfaces within a future-proof platform for the implementation and operation of mioty-based massive IoT applications. The consistent focus on open interfaces and standards ensures high compatibility across different manufacturers—without vendor lock-in.
With the launch of the WEPTECH ECOsystem, the company reinforces its role as a technological pioneer and reliable partner for open, scalable, and energy-efficient IoT infrastructures.
The mioty Summit was rounded off by insightful expert presentations, best practice examples, and current use cases. During the breaks, an interactive exhibition provided excellent networking opportunities, which were actively used.
Once again, this year’s mioty Summit in Berlin proved to be a successful event, offering valuable and in-depth exchange for more than 200 professionals from industry and research.
