A Dynamic Year 2024 at WEPTECH!

2024 was truly a dynamic year for us – in every sense of the word! Not only did we check off our move to the new location, but we also made significant progress in many other areas. Here’s a look at our personal highlights:

• Move Completed:

Following the BSI certification of our new facility in the first quarter, we successfully relocated the last production units, completing the move we started a year ago.

• Team Growth

From 290 to 331 employees – our team has grown this year, and we’re excited to welcome many new, talented colleagues to WEPTECH.

• New ERP System:

The switch to a new ERP system has laid the foundation for managing our rapidly growing tasks more efficiently. Enhanced resource planning, scheduling, integrated traceability, transparency, and predictability are just some of the features of the new system.

• Photovoltaic System:

Sustainability is a core element of our corporate strategy. A photovoltaic system with over 2,200 modules on our rooftops delivers a peak output of 968 kWp. We use over 80% of the self-generated electricity directly for operating our plant in a three-shift system, entirely without fossil fuels. This is made possible by a 1.03 MWh battery storage system, which also ensures uninterrupted production during power outages.

• Defying the Trend:

We are well-positioned and geared for growth in the future. Despite the current trends in the global economy, the field of digitization continues to grow unabated, along with our scope of work. With the doubling of our production area, new manufacturing lines, and additional team members, we are ready to meet the growing demands of 2025.
