Future Meets Technics

Future Meets Technics

This week, the 12th grade A-level courses of electrotechnics and computer science of the Technical Vocational School of Neustadt came to visit our company to get a deeper insight behind the scenery.

Our COO, Martin Posingies, shared exciting experiences of his professional career as studied electronic engineer and talked about his profound and practical insider knowledge: "I as well was a student at a technical vocational school (A-levels in mathematics and electrotechnics) … it was 40 years ago. I am very happy that this type of school is still up to date and that so many young people are still in favor of this type of school, especially because of the high number of technically interested girls. It is our company’s declared mission to help these young people to realize their dreams in technical jobs. That may start with a vacation job and may end with a master’s degree or a diploma."

After the presentation the students started an exclusive tour through the company – this was a true highlight for most of the students as it was so close to new technical issues.

You could feel the students’ excitement.

The students were accompanied by two German teachers as well as two French colleagues who thanks to the Erasmus program could dive into new perspectives at our company and the vocational school.

We had the chance to create new ideas for future partnerships between our company and the school in Macon, France.

We really enjoyed your visit. We are looking forward to seeing you next time.
